The Prospects Group is an employee-owned mutual, providing a wide range of employment and training services in the UK and internationally.  We work in partnership with Government departments, local authorities and other organisations.

Around Yorkshire, we hold a number of contracts including the National Careers Service, the Youth Contract, Connexions services, Leaving Care, Headstart, Talent Match and Families First support.

Our new 18 Works campaign aims to link employers in the region to the untapped talent pool of young people seeking work.  We will do this through sending vacancies directly to the universities, colleges and school 6th forms in the region.

If you would like to register with 18 Works, please click here.  Once registered, you will be able to complete a simple online form giving us details of your vacancies and the application process.  We will publish your vacancies on the website and ensure that they are circulated to the relevant organisations which work with young people.
