About the Role

The primary focus is to generate ample employment opportunities across multiple sectors for young people in the South West. It is essential that the successful candidate has a solid track record of successfully building relationships within the private sector and understands the commercial motivations to develop their workforce with young people.
Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships and strong links with employers, schools, colleges and local authorities.
- Develop links with key contacts and networking
- You will be accountable for the partnership budget relating to the area and undertake monthly monitoring with the area manager.
- Ensure compliance across all accreditations and promote the company in a professional manner.
