About the Role
Your duties will include; lead a mutli-disciplinary team of staff and volunteers, monitor and report on performance, work in partnership with NHS and other service providers to ensure the development and commissioning of services, to ensure that the service providers understand the specific needs of people living with this condition and to provide a range of support and educational opportunities, to use a range of data sources to monitor local services and to identify priorities for action and lobbying.
About the Person
You will be a strategic thinker, have significant experience in a health or social care environment, experience of matrix management and change management, developing business cases and change proposals. This would suit someone who has been involved in PCT’s, commissioning clinical groups or NHS trust, someone who has excellent influencing and lobbying skills.
